Shipping policy

All New Zealand products are shipped locally via a courier service via NZ Courier or NOW Courier.

If there is a damaged good in your shipment we will replace your damaged item at no cost and resend it to you freight free. Any damaged goods will be returned to our warehouse directly from the courier depot at our cost. Upon purchase you will receive the tracking details of your order so that you know it's progress. 

If you receive an order and it has been damaged please notify us and our helpful customer services team will help you.

At this stage Muttley's Estate is only available in New Zealand. However, we are actively working with brokers and distributors around the world, so hopefully it won't be long until we're shipping to you 🙂

All international orders will be distributed by either FedEx or DHL sent from New Zealand unless otherwise stated such as via Amazon fulfilment.
